Grow, shape and WERK your booty like never before! BOOTY is an online challenge that includes 8 weeks of our favourite booty exercises designed to grow and shape your glutes.
There are 2 options, a gym based intermediate/advanced program or a beginner program which you can complete either in the gym or at home.
It includes personalised calories/macros tailored to your goal, Nutrition Coaching + our In-app Meal Tracker, all features of our Cobalt+ App and your own Cobalt Coach for support.
Are looking for an online program
This option is suited for those who are either starting out, have limited equipment or wanting to train lighter for any reason.
You can complete this at a gym or at home if you have access to a few sets of DB’s, booty band, resistance bands.

You will need our Cobalt Resistance Band Pack OR a long resistance band.
Also we recommend 1-3 pairs of DB’s at minimum. 1 lighter pair for upper & a heavier pair for lower body. or our Adjustable DB
You will also need a pair of food scales to track your nutrition
We have moved into a different payment system, you can purchase the challenge upfront OR pay in fortnightly instalments via afterpay or zip pay.
If you do find the program isn't suitable we can switch you over.
