Challenges can be overwhelming - we get it!
So, we have designed a 6-week program to teach you all things challenge related, to get you prepared for our first official challenge in March 2025!
Your 6-week program will include:
- 5 x weekly workouts, 2 x 3 week training blocks
- Daily calorie + macro targets and be educated around how they work
- An option to do a home training program or a gym program
- Full access to our very own Cobalt+ app where you can track workouts, wellness habits and calorie/macro targets
- Voiceover videos of exercises to guide you through form and technique cues
- 1-1 messaging at any time with your online coach Leah
- Being a part of a community group where you can ask questions, share recipes, tips and motivation with your peers!
Are you a current member of The Cobalt Club in-house? We are offering a 6-week nutrition programme tailored to your goals, on top of your current membership! This includes personalised calories, macros and 1-1 coach support.
This is the time to START.
For ideal preparation, we recommend registering before Thursday 16th January.

Absolutely loving this challenge. I’m not only seeing a change in my physical appearance but my mental health as well. Eating healthier has become a new normal, feeling muscle in places I didn’t know had muscle haha it’s helping me become a better version of myself
Love the auto video play during the WOD and the inclusion of mindfulness tasks.
We’re on day 9 for our 8 weeks challenge it’s been great and coach Leah has been very responsive when I’d seek advice on my nutrition side of things. My body is sore more than ever which could mean two things one we’re doing something right or 2 we’ve done something wrong 😂. In all seriousness I appreciate being a part of this kaupapa especially as a full time working mum the workouts at home have been sore-some 😂 awesome

I really can't express enough how much Cobalt has changed my relationship to exercise, it's been life changing! Their whole-person approach to physical and mental wellbeing is so refreshing in the gym environment. The trainers are all super friendly and encouraging, they push you and cheer you on with genuine excitement to see you succeed. I truly look forward to every workout, I'm learning so much about nutrition and strength building AND seeing results. It feels like such a gift of self love watching my body change. Can't recommend enough!
